The guy at the front desk wasn’t very accommodating, showing some rudeness rather than understanding. The room itself had walls that looked dirty, and the door frames needed maintenance. The floor was filthy each night. a towel placed on it came back covered in dirt. We also faced issues with the room key, which didn’t work when I briefly stepped outside. Overall, the stay was frustrating due to the unkempt facilities and inconsistent staff service, despite the good location. The breakfast options were limited and not replenished well during peak times.

The quality of the local dining scene is a treasure! Portico Bar & Grill served up some downright delicious eats just a stone's throw away. The hotel's location also made it easy to explore Ruston’s hidden gems. Plus, the friendly staff genuinely made us feel welcome during our stay.
